NOTICE OF SUSPENSION OF AN OFFICIAL LISTING 

CSX suspends the listing of M. Kingdon Offshore Ltd.from the Official List of the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange with effect from the date of this notice.

Reason for suspension:

Failure to comply with the Exchange’s continuing obligations requirements and

pending clarification of the Issuer affairs.

The suspension will remain in effect pending further notice.
