On 18 October 2016, the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange (the Exchange) approved the admission to listing of up to 100,000,000 Senior Secured Loan Notes of £1 each (the Notes).

The board of directors of the Company now announces that on 25 May 2017 the Company issued 29,463,000 Notes.

Consequently, there are now 39,633,000 Notes in issue.
