2014 US$1,400,000,000 Fixed Rate Notes due 30 September
2016 US$500,000,000 Fixed Rate Notes due 30 September
2019 The Company
announces the following changes in directorship all of which occurred for
administrative reasons: ยท
on 26 March 2012, at a meeting of the directors of the Company, James
Fenelon DesMarais and Roger Clark Tooze each resigned as directors of the
Company with immediate effect and Michael John Charles Boorman and Nigel David
Fleming were appointed as directors of the Company with immediate
effect. Following the
various changes in the board of directors of the Company, the current directors
consist of Colin Roy Thomson, Michael John Charles Boorman and Nigel David
