	Peel Finance (UK) Limited Further Issue of Loan Notes On 2 September 2010, the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange admitted to listing up to GBP 300,000,000 Floating Rate Redeemable Loan Notes due 2020 (the "Loan Notes") and up to 300,000,000 Floating Rate Redeemable Payment-in-kind Notes due 2020 (the "PIK Notes") to be issued by Peel Finance (UK) Limited (the "Company"). The board of directors of the Company wishes to announce that on 30 March 2012 the Company issued a further £360,524 Loan Notes. Consequently, there are £195,797,561 Loan Notes in issue.
