CNC Senior Share Purchase Plan:
During Sept 2011 CNC purchased 15,398 (average price CI$2.29) of its own shares for distribution in its Senior Staff Employee Scheme.
Please note that the US$ share price has been converted to CI$ at the rate of 1.20.
