BIAS GLOBAL PORTFOLIOS, SPC ANNOUNCES RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR

BIAS Global Portfolios, SPC (the "Company") hereby announces that Mr Jeffrey L Lawrence resigned as director of the Company with effect from 31 December 2010.  The Company thanks Mr Lawrence for his service and wishes him well in the future.
