CNC Senior Share Purchase Plan:

During March 2011 CNC purchased 17,709 (average price CI$1.9530) of its own shares for distribution in its Senior Staff Employee Scheme.

Please note that the US$ share price has been converted to CI$ at the rate of 1.20.
