Cayman National Corporation Board of Directors announces record
date for dividend The Cayman National Corporation Board of Directors recommends a
final dividend of five cents per share (CI$0.05) to be paid to shareholders of
record as of February 28, 2010. Shareholders will consider this recommendation
at the Annual General Meeting to be held on March 17, 2011, and subsequent to
