Terms used but not defined in this announcement shall have the meanings given to them in the terms and conditions of the Notes.

We hereby announce the correction of a manifest error in the original terms and conditions of the Notes.  Paragraph 44 of the original terms and conditions stated that Collateral substitution by the Swap Counterparty was "Not Applicable".  This was a manifest error and the Trustee has agreed to paragraph 44 being amended to clarify that Collateral substitution by the Swap Counterparty is "Applicable".  To effect this amendment, the Issuer, the Trustee, the Swap Counterparty and the Issuing and Paying Agent have entered into an Amended and Restated Supplemental Trust Deed dated 5 July 2010 with effect from 22 April 2009.
