Cayman Nat'l. Corporation Announces Purchases Under Senior Staff Share Purchase Plan

CNC Senior Staff Share Purchase Plan:

During January 2010 CNC purchased 4,422 (average price CI$3.125) of its own shares for distribution under its Senior Staff Employee Scheme.

During February 2010 CNC purchased 4,727 (average price CI$2.831) of its own shares for distribution under its Senior Staff Employee Scheme.

Please note that the US$ share price has been converted to CI$ at the rate of 1.20.
