Cayman National Corporation – revised Dividend Declaration

In January 2009, the Board of Directors amended the recommended final dividend for 2008 to be seven cents per share ($0.07), down from eight and one-half cents per share ($0.085) as reported by news release dated December 19, 2008. Please see the CEO’s report in the 2008 year end annual report for CNC. This dividend will be paid to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2008, subject to shareholder approval at the Company’s AGM, on March 9, 2009.
