IT WAS RESOLVED at the Board of Directors meeting held on November 28, 2007 that VBT purchase the entire share capital, being one million shares (1,000,000) of Florida based broker dealer namely Venecredit Securities, Inc. for the sum of one million seven hundred thirty one thousand four hundred twenty seven with forty cents United States Dollars (USD 1,731,427.40). The purchase was concluded November 29, 2007.
